One-Bedrooms
$95 US Per Night or $2000 per month.
Large one bedroom with 1 king size bed. One large bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a fridge, 4-burner stove, 2-person dining table, water cooler, coffee maker, and all the basic needs for your cooking, and shared access to the palapa, pool and backyard.
Price includes all utilities.
Two-Bedroom
$190 US Per Night or $4000 per month.
Bedroom one: 1 king size bed and a bathroom with shower.
Bedroom two: 1 double bed and 1 twin bed and a bathroom with shower. You can connect 2 beds together.
Very large kitchen with much storage space and 6-burner cooktop, a large fridge, microwave, water cooler, and all the basic equipment you need to start your cooking, and shared access to the palapa, pool, and the backyard.
Price includes all utilities.
Three-Bedrooms
$280 US Per Night or $6000 per month.
The entire first level of the casa, shared access to the palapa, pool, and backyard.
Room one: 1 king size bed
Room two: 1 double size bed and 1 individual size bed
Room three: 1 king size bed
3 bathrooms with showers
2 kitchens
1 very large living room.
Price includes all utilities.
Entire Casa Five-Bedrooms
$675 US Per Night
This option will include all 5500 square feet.
3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens from the first level
And 2 large bedrooms, king size beds and 2 large bathrooms and 1 kitchen on the second level
A day bed on the third level with the view of the bay, a huge kitchen and the entire third level.
And exclusive use of the palapa, the garden and the pool in the back.
Price includes all utilities.

$220 US Per Night or $4500 per month
The entire first level of the casa. and shared access to the palapa, except the day bed, pool, and backyard.
Room one: 1 king size bed
Room two: 1 double size bed and 1 individual size bed

Entire Casa Five-Bedrooms
$475 US Per Night
This option will include all 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens from the first level
And 2 large bedrooms, king size beds and 2 large bathrooms and 1 kitchen on the second level.
A day bed on the third level with the view of the bay, a huge kitchen, and the entire third level.
And exclusive use of the palapa, the garden and the pool in the back.
Price includes all utilities.
Our Policy
We are a non-smoking residence. No exceptions.
There are two sweet cats that live on the property. One is Bella, named after Casa Bella, and the other is Donna.
1 small well-mannered pet is okay. Please clean after your pet. No pet goes to the bathroom in the grass and pool.
We require 5% refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in.
Requirement of 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.
All payments must be paid in full at the time of the check-in.
All cancelations 60 days or more before arrival date will receive full refund, EXCEPT 5% bank fee and processing fee but no more than $75 for each cancellation.
All cancelations 30 days or more before arrival date will receive 50% refund.
There is no refund if canceled less than 30 days before arrival date.
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am
Limit 2 guests per room, exceptions must be preapproved by the host and $50 extra fee per additional guest per night.
Shared the use of the third floor does NOT include the day bed. The day bed is only available for exclusive use when renting the entire property only.
Clean up after yourself in common areas.
All guests must sign a written contract at the time of check-in.
