Two-Bedroom Apartment.
These two bedrooms share a very large kitchen, gas stove, and living room. All doors and kitchen cabinets are beautifully made with parota wood, and there is plenty of storage space. There are 2 beds in one room, and a king -sized bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its’ own private bathroom and air conditioning unit. This section of the house shares a BBQ patio and pool access.
The Second Level
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room on the second level. They all have a large outdoor covered terrace with a view of the pool and the beautiful garden. There is also a kitchen on the second floor with a large cooktop.
The Third Level
This huge open space is designed for gatherings. You will also have access to a very large kitchen to cook up your favorite food or you can just come up here to enjoy the breeze from the bay and watch a sunset. Create your own opportunities!
The Garden
When you feel like doing nothing, you can come out here to sit, relax, read a book, take a nap in a hammock, or refresh yourself in the pool. We all need a moment of healing…
The Beautiful Beaches
Bucerias is known for its long gorgeous sandy beach that you can walk for miles. If you’d like to explore further, take a car and visit the nearby beaches.
Los Muertos beach, the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta, is South about 45 minutes away. The beautiful pier at Los Muertos beach will allow you to take a water taxi to other locations around the bay or to an island.
Looking to do some surfing? Sayulita beach town is about 30 minutes north from Bucerias. There are many surf classes offered there in Sayulita. The waves are good for the beginner as well as for an experienced surfer.
The wind starts to pick up mid-April, and it’s a very popular time for kite surfing with a rental shop nearby. You can also join the kite surfing festival we have around here at the end of April or beginning of May.
